Swimming at Rocky Fork State Park

The 2,080-acre offers unlimited horsepower boating. There are six boat launch ramps: North Shore Marina, South Beach, Fisherman’s Wharf, East Shore Drive, East Shore Marina and in the Campground.  The lake also features designated areas for boat camping and swimming. 

North Beach Marina offers fuel near the North Shore Beach Area. The park offers more than 700 docks; contact the park office regarding seasonal or overnight rental docks.

CAMPGROUND LAUNCH RAMP: Two lane lighted launch ramp. 40 dock seasonal dock rentals, 40 docks for registered campers, seasonal comfort station, trailer parking. Close to camp store, campgrounds and fish cleaning station.

NORTH BEACH LAUNCH RAMP: Six lane lighted launch ramp. 232 seasonal dock rentals, six handicap dock rentals and two courtesy docks. Seasonal comfort station and trailer parking. Close to beach and playground.

EAST SHORE DRIVE LAUNCH RAMP: Two lane lighted launch ramp. Trailer parking and seasonal pit latrine.

EAST SHORE LAUNCH RAMP: Six lane lighted launch ramp. 244 seasonal dock rentals and 2 handicap dock rentals. Seasonal comfort station and trailer parking.

SOUTH BEACH LAUNCH RAMP: One lane lighted launch ramp. Close to beach and pit latrine. Trailer parking and parking at the beach parking lot.

FISHERMANS WHARF: Two land lighted launch ramp. 39 seasonal dock rentals, two handicap dock rentals and two courtesy docks.
